Achieve a career in health, behavioral health, or social care—with no tuition costs! The Career Pathways Training (CPT) Program* can provide the help you need to obtain a career in helping others!
The CPT Program covers tuition, education-related expenses, allowing you to get the education you need—all while avoiding the weight of student debt. In addition, support services are available to ensure your academic success, and we will help you with job placement.
Eligible academic programs at D’Youville University include Nurse Practitioner, Accelerated Nursing, Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Physician Assistant, Certified Pharmacy Technician, Certified Health Worker, and Certified Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor.

*To be eligible for The Career Pathways Training (CPT) Program, students need to finish their chosen programs by the end of the 2027 Spring semester.

*D’Youville University has partnered with Finger Lakes Performing Provider System (FLPPS) on the CPT Program. FLPPS is a NYS-designated Workforce Investment Organization (WIO) selected by the NYS Department of Health to support regional management of the CPT Program. The FLPPS WIO is focused on strengthening the healthcare workforce through programs and services that diversify the healthcare workforce pipeline and provide opportunities for those who many not otherwise have them, while supporting the community’s economic mobility.
